How to message a channel's customers by tags and languages, now or at a scheduled time, and check who received it.
A new broadcast
How it is sent
A broadcast goes out in the background at about 20 messages a second. Each conversation gets it once, even if several tags match. Every recipient sees the text in their language, or the default one if there is no translation.
Recipients and skips
The Recipients tab shows each one's state: queued, sending, sent, error, or skipped with a reason. Skipped are:
- people who blocked the bot or unsubscribed;
- on WhatsApp, people silent for over 24 hours (outside the window WhatsApp allows approved templates only);
- on Viber, people not subscribed to the bot.
