How to connect Claude Code or another MCP client to Bordee, and which tools exist for contacts, deals, conversations, tasks, funnels and broadcasts.

What it is

Every workspace has an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at https://acme.bord.ee/mcp over streamable HTTP. Through it an AI agent (Claude Code, Claude Desktop or any MCP client) reads and changes CRM data. Bordee's own assistant uses the same server.

Connecting

You need an access token: Read only for an agent that only reads, Read and write for one that also changes things. With Claude Code:

Permissions

The agent acts with the token owner's permissions: role, access rules, modules. A record they cannot see is "not found".
Tools that change data are visible only to a Read and write token.
A module's tools exist while the module is on.
The limit is the same as the API: 120 requests a minute per token.

Changes go through the same services as the admin, with the same checks, timeline entries and events. A funnel is changed in its draft and published by a separate action. A contact import first counts new records, matches and errors, then writes.
