Getting started · The admin
The admin tour
The sidebar, searching pages and records, pinned items, table columns, theme, accent and interface language.
The sidebar
At the top are the everyday screens: Overview, Conversations, Deals, Tasks, plus Assistant and Gmail mail when those modules are on. Below are collapsible sections:
- Contacts: contacts, companies, tags;
- Automation: funnels, broadcasts, media library;
- Sites and ads: entries, visits and leads, Conversions API;
- Settings: staff, roles, access, channels, fields, modules, plan, data.
Everyone sees only what their role allows. An administrator sees everything.
The button at the bottom collapses the menu into a narrow rail of icons; sections then open as a fly-out menu.
Admin search
The search field sits at the bottom of the sidebar. It finds pages first, by name or by a familiar word ("roles", "permissions", "staff"), then records: companies, deals, staff. Look for contacts in the Contacts list. Case and apostrophes do not matter.
Pinned items
Hover over a menu item and click the bookmark icon: the item appears under Pinned menu items above the sections. You can pin up to 12 items. Pins are personal.
Tables
In the lists of contacts, deals, tasks and others you choose which columns to show and in what order, and resize a column by dragging the edge of its header. Bordee remembers this for you.
Theme, accent and language
At the bottom of the menu are the light/dark switch and the interface language (Ukrainian or English). Both are personal settings.
An administrator can change the look for the whole business in Settings → Admin appearance: the theme, the accent colour and the roundness. Changes apply at once. If the chosen colour reads poorly on buttons, the admin picks a darker or lighter shade by itself.
