Modules
What Bordee modules are, how to switch them on and off, and what happens to a disabled module's data.
Core and modules
Bordee is a core plus modules. The core is always there: contacts, companies, tags, custom fields, the comment timeline, staff, roles, access rules, the media library, export, import and backups. Everything else is a module you can switch on or off.
| Module | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Conversations | One inbox for every channel, quick replies |
| Telegram, WhatsApp | Telegram bots and WhatsApp Business numbers |
| Funnels | Bots: steps, buttons, conditions, delays, actions |
| Broadcasts | Messages by tags and languages, now or scheduled |
| Deals | Deal stages, a board, amounts, loss reasons |
| Tasks | Tasks with due times, reminders, lists, subtasks |
| Viber | Viber bots as one more channel |
| Sites and ads | UTM tags, site forms, Facebook Conversions API |
| Emails to contacts from funnels through your mail service | |
| Google Workspace mail | Gmail mailboxes inside the CRM with a full archive |
| Assistant | An AI assistant that works in the CRM with your permissions |
Switching a module on or off
Settings → Modules (administrators only). Each module has Switch on or Switch off. If a module builds on another, it says "Requires": Telegram, for example, requires Conversations.
A disabled module disappears from the menu, roles, access rules, fields, the API and the assistant's tools.
What happens to the data
Disabling deletes nothing. The module's records and the roles' permissions on it stay. Enable it again and everything is back as it was.
Modules on request
Some modules are available to every workspace right away: Conversations, Telegram, WhatsApp, Funnels, Broadcasts, Deals, Tasks. Others we open on request, because they are set up together with you: Viber, Sites and ads, Email, Google Workspace mail, Assistant. Write to us and the module appears on the Modules page, already enabled.
