Plan and payment

Settings → "Тариф і оплата" (Plan and payment). Only a business administrator sees this page. It shows:

• the plan's name, price and period;
• "Paid until": the date the plan is paid up to;
• "Included": the modules available to your workspace;
• "Usage this month": messages, contacts, staff, AI, files, emails;
• "AI credits": the balance, top-ups and the ledger;
• your invoices and the Pay button.

After signing up, the workspace is free for the trial period. Its end is the "Paid until" date. After that the plan is paid in advance for a period.

The balance is a prepayment in dollars. Top it up by card (any sum from $10) or by crypto or a bank transfer: write to us and we will credit it. Every move is in the balance ledger on the «Plan and billing» page.

• On the last paid day the plan renews from the balance by itself when it covers the period. No payment reminders are sent then.
• «Pay the plan from the balance» pays the next period at once.
• AI credits can be bought with the balance too.

Administrators get an email 7 and 3 days before the paid period ends, and on the day it ends.

Without payment, access to the admin may be suspended. The admin then opens only the plan page with the Pay button. Bots, incoming messages and your data keep working and stay intact. Access comes back by itself after payment.

Plan limits are soft: going over is visible to you and to us, but nothing is blocked. AI is billed separately by usage; see AI credits.
