Telegram, WhatsApp and Viber
Connect a Telegram bot, a WhatsApp Business number or a Viber bot in minutes, and all of them share the same funnels, broadcasts and contacts.
Connected without a developer
Telegram: a token from @BotFather, and Bordee registers the webhook itself. WhatsApp: your Meta app's details and a webhook address the admin shows ready to copy. Viber: the bot's token. Every channel's state is in one list, with the last error if something goes wrong.
One person, one contact
A customer who writes on both Telegram and WhatsApp is one contact with two channels. Duplicates that do appear are merged with one button, along with their conversations, tags and fields.
Each channel on its own terms
Bordee knows each channel's quirks: up to three WhatsApp buttons and a list beyond that; WhatsApp's 24-hour window; Viber's single welcome message before subscribing. Broadcasts skip people you may not write to and say why.
What you get
t.me/bot?start=label and Viber labels start the right funnel.
Photos, videos and PDFs go to the messenger directly.
The app's language becomes a guess at the customer's language.
Write a scenario once and it works everywhere.
How many channels can I connect?
As many as you need: several Telegram bots, several WhatsApp numbers. Each is a separate channel in the list.
Can I message a WhatsApp customer a week later?
WhatsApp allows free text only within 24 hours of the customer's last message; after that only approved templates, which Bordee does not send yet.
Is Viber available right away?
We open Viber on request. New Viber bots run under a contract with Viber (about €100 a month), paid to Viber, not to Bordee.
