Build a bot from steps: messages with buttons, waiting for a reply, delays within working hours, conditions and actions. One funnel runs in every messenger and in several languages.
A scenario you see whole
Edit steps as a form or on a diagram where each step is a block and buttons, branches and timeouts are lines between them. Errors show at once: an unreachable step or an endless loop turns red.
Safe changes
Every edit goes to a draft that customers never see. Publish checks the funnel and creates a new version, while people already in the funnel carry on from their step. The Runs tab shows who is where.
Starts from anywhere
The /start command, a labelled link from a site or an ad, a first message, keywords, a deal reaching a stage: the funnel starts when it should, and among several matches the higher priority wins.
What steps can do
Up to 10 photos, videos or PDFs, plus reply buttons or link buttons.
A text reply or a phone number is saved to a contact field.
Remind after an hour; send only on working days and hours.
Branches by fields, tags and the contact's language.
